In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to damage or extended delays in shipping, you will be offered a full refund as long as the request is made within 14 days of the receipt of your product, more than 14 days past the estimated arrival date and provided the product has not been worn, contain damage that was not there at the time of purchase.
